Technical Competency

Experience- 12 to 25 years
- Provide hands on support switching and routing in Juniper Platform, and Firewall.
- Primary Skills : Experienced in hardware and infrastructure – Juniper Switches, routers, firewalls, etc.
- Secondary and Desirable Skills : F5 Load Balancers, Junos Space.
- Experienced in network operational support, projects and migrations experience in the enterprise network.
- Experience in IP routing protocols (ISIS, OSPF and BGP) configuration and troubleshooting on large Enterprise network.
- Analyze network and prepare documentations, diagrams.
- Troubleshooting Network operational issues reported from Customer workplace and ensure Incident resolution / Break Fix, Upgrades.
- Experience in HSRP, NAT, GLBP, IP SLA configuration and troubleshooting in an enterprise network.
- Understanding of Network tools Wireshark, Network Observer, Net flow Analyzer MRTG etc.
- Use the tools provided to assist with diagnosis of incidents and to proactively assist others with diagnostics.




- Perform routine maintenance activities and deploy scheduled changes based on documented procedures.
- At least 10 Plus years of experience in Network Operations and Projects.

- Should have hands of experience, working as a Network Engineer.
- Should be open for 24 X 7 rotational shifts and Out of Business hour support.
- Exposure to ITIL Framework
