Job Description
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports, with a focus on USGAAP & IndAS
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks
- Work closely with internal teams to improve financial processes
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as needed
- Manage internal audit & taxation functions
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified CA
- 10-15 years of post qualification experience
- Prior knowledge in handling USGAAP compliances
- Prior experience within technology/SaaS industry is a preference
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Confidence working with numbers and financial tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
