About the Role

UDIT is looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and student-focused Senior Counselor to join the Admissions Team. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents about UDIT and its programme offerings, managing prospective student enquiries, conducting database outreach, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining skilled relationships with schools, school counsellors, educators, students, consultants, and other key stakeholders. The role also involves conducting information sessions, school visits, education fairs, workshops, campus visits, and local-level outreach activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate initiative, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.





Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Freshers with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills may also be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in or around Gurugram, particularly near Sector 68 and Sector 69.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and professional conduct.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good email etiquette, note-taking, and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
