Responsibilities

Core:
- Analyse automation opportunities from a business perspective to prioritise initiatives for implementation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify operational pros and cons and arrive at feasible solutions.
- Work with SMEs to create User Requirement Specifications (URS) for automation projects and validate solutions.
- Identify vendors, coordinate with them, and manage vendor relationships for automation projects.
- Facilitate recent vendor development in consultation with the procurement team if required.
- Provide digital solutions to streamline processes.
- Customise vendor-standard offerings to meet specific requirements.




- Plan and drive pilot implementation of automation projects with the core team.
- Review proposed project layouts for new sites from an automation perspective and suggest changes to CPT/TTT.
- Collaborate with project team members in execution and site supervision activities.
- Assist in finalization of contracts and purchase orders.
- Interface with TTT/Operations/CPT for knowledge transfer after pilot projects for future implementations.
- Review and modify SOPs/documents impacted by automation projects for seamless handover and future reference.
