BIM Architect – US Projects - Residential and Commercial projects

Location: Gurugram | Experience: 4–8 Years | Qualification: B.Arch | 5 days working from office

We are hiring a BIM Architect with robust hands-on expertise in Revit modelling and architectural documentation to support US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop Revit BIM models and construction drawings.

* Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and documentation.

* Support design development and architectural detailing.

* Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams.

* Ensure accurate, high-quality BIM deliverables.

Requirements

* 4–8 years of BIM Architecture experience.

* Strong hands-on Revit experience is mandatory.

* Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

* US/international project experience preferred.

* AutoCAD/Navisworks knowledge is an advantage.

Important: This is a hands-on modelling and design execution role, not a coordination or clash-detection-only position.
