IntelliDB Enterprise is an AI-powered PostgreSQL database platform built for organisations requiring secure, high-performance, and reliable data infrastructure. It combines enterprise-grade PostgreSQL with AI-driven database monitoring, log analysis, performance optimisation, and parameter tuning, along with high availability, enterprise security, Oracle compatibility, and flexible cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment options. The Regional Sales Director will lead Enterprise and Government sales and business development for IntelliDB Enterprise across Mumbai and Western India. The role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, identifying and converting enterprise opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and positioning IntelliDB as a preferred enterprise PostgreSQL platform. The role requires a target-driven, proactive sales leader with strong enterprise technology sales experience and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Own regional sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Develop enterprise and BFSI accounts across Mumbai and Western India,



including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, PoCs, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
Work with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams on demonstrations, PoCs, campaigns, events, and customer engagements.
Develop key accounts and drive recurring and expansion business.
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts.
Take end-to-end ownership of establishing and growing IntelliDB's presence and business across the region, in close coordination with the Head Office.

Required Experience & Skills:
~8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, solution, technology product, or B2B software sales.
~ Robust understanding of databases, cloud, and enterprise IT infrastructure; exposure to PostgreSQL, Oracle, AWS, or Azure is an advantage.
