Purpose of Role:
- Under the direction of the TA Sourcing Lead, the Sourcing Specialist will play an integral part in bringing talent into the business.
- The Sourcing Specialist will proactively build pipelines for all roles around the globe.
- They will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify a diverse group of qualified candidates for open and planned roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with WBS TA team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize proactive, creative and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates. Screen resumes to determine applicable fit for current or future opportunities.
- Candidate Pools: Utilize ATS to proactively build talent pools for high frequency and high valued skills.
