• Team Management Skills

• Well groomed, should have good communication skills

• Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches

• Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.

• High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target

• Handling a team of 25-50 FOS and 1-8 TM and generating business through channel partner.

• Driving business through 60-90 Bank Branches in the Circle

• Responsible for targets allocated to 60-90 Bank Branches

• Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications

• Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets

• Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the current products launched in the market

• Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries
