AGM / DGM – Sales | Luxury & Commercial Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM / DGM – Sales to drive business growth, revenue generation, and high-value client acquisition across luxury residential and commercial real estate.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors, with a proven track record of closing high-value transactions and developing strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth across luxury residential and commercial real estate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, deal structuring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value prospects and investment opportunities.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends, investor requirements, and business objectives.
- Lead high-level client meetings, investment presentations,



negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships to expand the customer and investor base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Work closely with internal Marketing, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Business teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
- Mentor and guide sales team members while ensuring strong performance and accountability.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, wealth management, or related premium investment segments.
- Solid track record of closing high-value transactions with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors.
- Strong exposure to both luxury residential and commercial real estate
