Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities across corporate training, leadership development, and business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.




- Develop customized learning and engagement solutions based on organizational objectives and workforce needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate training programs, workshops, team-building initiatives, and events.
- Work with trainers, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, solution discussions, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with clients to gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure a strong participant and client experience.
