About the Role

IT By Design is looking for a versatile Content Writer who can move fluidly between deeply researched, long-form B2B content and sharp, scroll-stopping social copy. You'll own storytelling across the funnel, from founder narratives and customer case studies to newsletters and one-pagers.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a strategist, writes like a specialist, and cares about the business outcomes their words drive.

What You'll Do
- Write and edit long-form B2Bassets:thought-leadership articles, blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, and pillar content.
- Craft founder profiles and ghostwritten pieces that capture an authentic voice and point of view.
- Own the newsletter end to end, fromconcept, copy, and a consistent editorial cadence.
- Produce social media content (primarily LinkedIn) that repackages long-form work into engaging, platform-native posts.
- Use AI tools (Claude) to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration whilemaintainingaccuracy, originality, and brand voice.
- Collaborate withthe Creative lead, Director of Marketing,



Founders,Product,Sales, andDesignfolksto align content withthe companygoals.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and editorial standards across every format and channel.

What You'll Need

Required
- Proven experience writing B2B long-form content and social media copy.
- A portfolio that includes founder profiling/ghostwriting, newsletters, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools,specifically Claude for writing and editing.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex or technical topics into explicit, engaging content.
- Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and structure, with a robust editorial eye.
- Ability to manage multiple formats and deadlines independently.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with a graphic editing tool (e.g., Canva or Adobe) to create or lightly adapt visuals.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content distribution.
