- Lead the overall operations of the KPO covering Accounting, Taxation and Compliance services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple domestic and international clients.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants, tax professionals and reviewers.
- Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Supervise tax preparation, tax compliance, GST/TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust SOPs, internal controls, review processes and quality standards.
- Monitor team productivity, utilization, SLAs, turnaround time and operational performance.
- Handle key client relationships, escalations, service reviews and process transitions.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, tax, audit and compliance deliverables.
- Drive process improvement, automation and technology adoption to improve efficiency.
