Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to manage end-to-end HR activities for the business units, the incumbent is aligned to
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Facilitates skip meetings/ AHMs/ any other communication forums
- Partners/ facilitates with business on significant initiatives like performance appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, etc.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Experience of 10 years
- Relevant experience into HRBP
- End to End Employee Life Cycle Management
- Location- Baner, Pune
