Job Description:

Determine possible product upgrades using web analytics, consumer responses, and other available data (Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PPT)
- Should be able to prepare product requirements documents (PRD) in detail and can design wireframes and prototype using Figma, XD etc.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure product functionality and walkthroughs of the required features or functionality.
- Prepare reports/dashboards and give presentations on project updates
- Create and develop new product ideas based on current and projected marketing trends
- Work alongside the Product Manager and stakeholders to help products achieve their visions
- Analyze customer and users feedback to determine the next steps for a product
- Coordinate with business, marketing, operations and sales team members to showcase recent features, understand the requirements and deliver the project on time.




- Test all products and features for quality assurance purposes
- Creating user stories for the requirements and define various logics related to the features.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Fintech industry experience is preferred. (MBA freshers are also welcome to apply.)
- A Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a similar field is required. (An MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 college is preferred.)
- Experience with project completion from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of marketing research and data analysis.
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, is preferred.
- Superb time management and multitasking skills.
