GDS Travel Support Role
Experience: 2+ years in GDS with ticketing background
? Key Requirements:
-Solid hands-on experience with Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre
-End-to-end GDS knowledge, including:
-PNR creation & booking
-Ticketing
-Refunds & cancellations
-Exchanges & reissues
-Experience in TMC / B2B travel support preferred
-Graduate in any discipline
-Excellent communication skills
-Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
