Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee and optimize sales operations within the Warangal region. This role involves leading a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the Warangal area.
* Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training to enhance their performance.
* Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar senior sales role, preferably within the Warangal region.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing sales teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
