As Document Controller, manage engineering documentation, document revisions, transmittals, approvals and ensure compliance with document control procedures.

Responsibilities:




➢Application of the Document Control Process,➢Check of administrative compliance of the technical documentation,➢Initiation of documents approval flow,➢Management of internal distribution lists,➢Internal distribution of the technical documentation to the execution teams,➢Coherence of technical documentation data basis,➢Completeness of project management tools such as the Master Document Lists of projects,➢Archival storage of the technical documentation,➢Data encoding such as employees time sheets.

Background, Skills and Competencies
➢Education & Experience 1-2 years' experience preferably in technical or industrial context as Document Controller➢Graduate in Arts / Science / Commerce
➢Valuable written and oral skills in English➢Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)➢Data Base Management➢Archive of Engineering documents from order booking to drawings issue to cross functional team➢Basic Knowledge of power BI , SAP➢Knowledge of Audit execution
