Accountabilities:
Lead and contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations for enterprise clients, from solution design and configuration through deployment and optimization.
Design modern risk, compliance, and governance architectures aligned with client business requirements and enterprise risk frameworks.
Configure and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities to support complex organizational risk and compliance processes.
Develop and implement automated data feeds, scripted workflows, custom applications, integrations, and dynamic executive dashboards.
Translate complex GRC requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions and technical architectures.
Advise clients on ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities, implementation approaches, process improvements, and digital transformation strategies.
