Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Associate, to join our Care and Billing team. In this role,



you will be responsible for managing the seamless closure process for outgoing customers, performing billing account reconciliations, and driving cross-functional process improvements.
You will join a global, cooperative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing escalations, and optimizing upstream and downstream Care workflows across regional markets.
What You’ll Do
