Job Requirements
Objective -To assist Park Manager for handling day-to-day maintenance of the property as per set SOP and guidelines.
Maintenance
o Proper Maintainace of Park & KPC Infra assets and equipment's.
o To prepare Annual maintenance budget for Entire Park & KPC infra.
o Responsible for quality Maintainace of ‘MLCP Building, Water body area, Kids Play equipment’s, STP plant, Road infra and Sport courts’.
o To ensure proper scheduling of preventive Maintainace of the site infrastructure and equipment’s.
o Responsibility to maintain the facility as per set SOP’s, Checklists and processes of the park.
o Co-ordination with AMC vendor.
o Supervise all play equipment’s safety checks, maintainace and operation.
o Supervise BMS & site utility area.
o Supervise STP & waste management.
o To ensure proper checklist to be maintained.
o Minimise manpower absenteeism and unplanned leave, no leave/week-off for ground staff during weekends and public holidays.
o Ensure decline in first aid cases Park wide and comprehensive internal follow ups for all major medical cases due to park maintainace.




o Monitoring maintainace related daily Guest feedbacks and complaints.
o Cost reduction in manpower and prevention of unwanted material consumption
o Increase overall park efficiency.
- Learning & Development (Training)
o Ensure proper Training on SOP’s & ‘Must Know’ for current inductee by agency.
o Ensure work instruction specific Trainings by agency
o Planning/Supervise Mock drill scheduling
- MIS
o Maintainace MIS (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
o Asset management MIS (Monthly)
- General
o Implementation of Procedures, Guidelines and Preparation of Training modules with agency.

Work Experience
Requires possession of a Bachelor degree in Electrical, with past working experience in any Public or Private parks, a minimum 8-10 years of working experience in grounds maintenance is must.
