Role & responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening: Evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
- Interviewing: Conducting interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates skills and suitability.
- Negotiation: Working with candidates to negotiate salary and perks.
- Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Talent Pipeline: Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
