This is an prospect to contribute to the development of advanced aerospace products through rigorous structural engineering and analysis. You will perform static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue assessments of metallic aerospace structures using engineering fundamentals, hand calculations, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The role spans the full product development lifecycle, from design and validation through troubleshooting and field support. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and global, cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver reliable engineering solutions. The position also offers exposure to aerospace standards, environmental qualification requirements, and customer-facing technical discussions. Accountabilities:




Perform static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analyses of metallic aerospace structures using hand calculations and commercial FEA tools.
Support structural engineering activities across the full product development lifecycle, including design, development, validation, qualification, and field troubleshooting.
Conduct detailed engineering calculations and FEA studies to evaluate structural integrity, performance, and compliance.
Apply aerospace engineering standards and DO-160G requirements when performing structural and environmental analyses.
Investigate field observations and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop practical corrective solutions.
Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, engineering presentations, and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
Prepare accurate, clear, and technically robust engineering reports, analysis documentation
