You will support multiple workflows spanning creative operations, advertising databases, reporting, administration, and project coordination.
The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to keep information, timelines, and systems accurate and up to date.
You will collaborate with internal teams to support client launches and ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through execution.
The role also provides exposure to social media advertising, user-generated content, and direct-to-consumer creative operations.
As part of a global remote team, you will work independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration across time zones.

Accountabilities:
Maintain creative ad libraries and databases, ensuring top-performing headers, ad copy, headlines, and related information remain accurate and current.
Support performance reporting activities, including Creative Insights reports and quarterly business reviews, while verifying data accuracy across multiple systems.
Handle operational and administrative tasks such as data entry, formatting, screenshot management, and maintaining accurate client information.
Support the project management of new client launches by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with relevant internal teams.
Assist with systems and administrative initiatives, including migration to Notion and maintaining organized workflows.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare transparent and accurate meeting minutes and follow-up information.
