This is a hands-on User Acquisition role with end-to-end ownership of Meta Ads as a core growth channel. You will manage significant paid social budgets while focusing on sustainable performance through ROAS, LTV, and efficient scaling. The role combines campaign execution, experimentation, creative and funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will also work within an automation-first environment, helping improve the systems and algorithms that support acquisition at scale. Close collaboration with product and creative teams will allow you to identify and unlock current growth opportunities. Accountabilities
Own Meta Ads acquisition campaigns end-to-end, from campaign setup and testing through optimization and scaling.




Manage and grow significant monthly paid social budgets while maintaining a strong focus on ROAS, LTV, and overall acquisition efficiency.
Develop, launch, test, and scale campaign structures, targeting strategies, and performance approaches.
Work hands-on within advertising accounts to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and implement optimization opportunities.
Operate and contribute to the continuous improvement of UA automation systems, algorithms, rules, and campaign structures.
Design and execute structured testing frameworks to evaluate campaigns, audiences, creatives, funnels, and acquisition strategies.
Partner with product and creative teams to develop and test new creative concepts, funnel improvements, and growth experiments.
Identify scalable acquisition opportunities and translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential efficiency
