Airline co-branded credit cards are among the most valuable loyalty and financial-services businesses in the world — the benchmark Delta–American Express program alone generates ~USD 8.2 billion of annual payments to Delta, equal to ~14% of the airline’s revenue. In India, co-brand cardholders spend materially more than the average card user, making this one of the highest-impact commercial levers available to Air India.
Air India is building a single, scaled co-brand credit card portfolio, targeting 3-5 million cards by Year 5, and ~USD 30 billion of cumulative cardholder spend over the five-year term. The program is expected to generate $1bn+ of revenue for Air India, while consolidating a fragmented base of legacy cards into a single, best-in-class portfolio — launching with three retail variants (Mass, Mass Affluent and Affluent) and a roadmap into UHNI, corporate,



business and prepaid segments across Air India and Air India Express.
The Co-Brand Program Manager will own the end-to-end execution, scaling and optimization of this multi-thousand-crore program — across partner management, product and customer value proposition, marketing, analytics and customer engagement — and will be directly accountable for its acquisition, spend, activation and profitability outcomes from launch through maturity.

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for day‑to‑day management and execution of Air India’s co‑branded credit card program, supporting strategy implementation, partner management, product performance, and customer engagement initiatives.
The incumbent will act as a key execution manager, ensuring programs are delivered on time, commercial objectives are met, and customer experience remains seamless across the card lifecycle.
