Project & Process Management Co-ordinator
Coordinate project intake requests and align priorities with team leaders.
Create, track, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Monitor team capacity, balance workloads, and optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain high accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
Build robust stakeholder relationships and manage project expectations.
Provide constructive recommendations and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly project and resource utilization reports.
Track resource availability and capacity to support planning.
Support project planning, scheduling,



risk assessment, and resource allocation.
Analyze project performance and operational metrics to drive improvements.
YOU HAVE:
Graduate or Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in an advertising agency, publication, or similar environment.
Proven experience working with large, cross-functional, and global teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and project tracking systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
Experience with online project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
Knowledge of graphic design, web design, or multimedia design principles is a plus.
