experienced candidates for the position of Head of Legal Operations Services -TIAA Global Capabilities Private Limited.This role will lead a world-class legal operations function during a period of fundamental innovation to become TIAA's global legal operations center of excellence—positioning us at the forefront of how Fortune 100 legal departments operate in the AI era.
As Head of Legal Operations Services, the individual will architect the future of how legal operations services are delivered across TIAA's global Law and Policy (L&P;) organization. This is a once-in-a-career chance to build something transformational: a world-class legal operations function that doesn't just support legal work—it reimagines it.
