Job Summary

The Relationship Manager - Secured Direct is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on secured lending products, and driving business growth through direct sales efforts.

Job Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, originate, and cultivate new secured direct lending opportunities with individuals and businesses.
* Manage a portfolio of existing secured direct clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, recommending appropriate secured lending solutions (e.g., mortgages, asset-backed loans, lines of credit).
* Structure and negotiate loan terms, ensuring they align with company policies and client needs.
* Prepare and present detailed credit proposals and applications for review and approval.
* Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of lending transactions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify current business opportunities and threats.




* Achieve individual and team sales targets for secured direct lending products.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales pipelines within the CRM system.
* Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or direct sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on secured lending.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* In-depth knowledge of various secured lending products, credit principles, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
