Job Description
Rockwell is seeking a Power BI–focused BI Analyst to join an agile team responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutions. This role will primarily focus on designing, developing, and supporting Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across global stakeholders.

Position Summary:





The BI Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end Power BI solution development, including data modelling, report design, performance optimization, and governance. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and SQL-based data sources, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
This role requires a data-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in building scalable BI solutions leveraging Power BI, Power Query, and enterprise data platforms (Azure SQL / SharePoint / Dataverse).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and dimensional modeling (star schema)
Experience working with enterprise data sources (Azure SQL, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.)
