What You Will Do :
Test Operations & Execution:Lead daily production testing activities for aerospace and defense hardware and collaborate with the testing team to execute test plans.




Troubleshoot complex system-level failures down to the component level.
Manage Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), including thermal and vibration testing.
Maintain and calibrate/Validation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and specialized test Equipment’s and test fixtures etc
Test facility - Fixtures Development:Design test fixtures, Automatic Test Equipment’s , interface test adapters, and specialized cabling.
Optimize test process and Test set-ups to reduce cycle times while maintaining continuous improvement.
Review Acceptance Test Procedures for First Article inspection parts and coordinate with Engineering team to execute changes amendments.
Quality & Compliance:Enforce strict compliance with standards like AS9100, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 and Standards.
Lead root cause analysis investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies CPS.
