A Customer Service specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfilment from the moment the order is placed until it’s successfully delivered to the customer. This will include the SAP transactions.
Ø Responsible for end-to-end transactional activities related to Order Processing
Ø Execution of domestic as well as international orders, including pre and post shipment activities Resolve customer queries and order issues, escalate to the next level.
Ø Meet customer service level targets (accuracy and TAT)
Ø Manage pre and post shipment documentation (including Proforma, LCs and filing of shipping docs)
Ø Maintain Order tracker,



proactively monitor open order status and alerts.
Ø Managing customer complaints
Ø Networking with adjacent function (Supply chain, Logistics. w/house, Finance) to meet targets.
Ø Meet Internal control / SOX requirements.
To grow what matters, you will need:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce)
Ø 4-7 years of work experience in Domestic & International Sales Order Processing
Ø Hands on experience in SAP
Ø Commercial knowledge
Ø Needs to be a Good Team Player who can work with a diverse group of people.
Ø Positive Communication Skills, English (both Written & Oral)
