This role is crucial to success of the Elevate Talent program,



in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of assessments and interviews with primary responsibility to:
Coordinate Talent Circuits with candidates, interviewers and Elevate Talent Champions. This involves managing the calendar of interviewers, ensuring availability, and aligning it to the candidate’s schedule
Communicate effectively with both candidates and interviewers to confirm interview times, share logistical details and mange any changes or cancellations. Clear, skilled communication is crucial in creating a positive candidate experience.
Management of complex scheduling scenarios including cross-time coordination, rescheduling and balancing of availability of the interview panel
Ensuring interviewers have all the necessary materials and candidates are well prepared with the right information and instructions
Track the status of interview schedules, providing updates to the recruitment team, and ensuring all feedback is collected
