Job Summary
As a Manager, Operations – Card Benefits, you’ll help run the day‑to‑day operations of Visa’s card benefits program across Asia Pacific. You’ll focus on making sure processes run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and stakeholders have the information they need. The role is hands‑on and well suited to someone who enjoys detail, structure and keeping things moving.
The core responsibilities of the role include:




Accountable in setup and ongoing delivery of card advantages for issuers and markets, following agreed processes and controls.
Manage day‑to‑day interactions with vendors, including drafting contracts raising and tracking POs, monitoring usage, and helping with renewals and top‑ups.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on benefits usage, costs and performance, ensuring data is accurate and delivered on time.
Engaged in client billing operations, including the preparation of invoices, performing reconciliations, and monitoring revenue and expense transactions.
Serve as the primary contact for market teams on operational matters, resolving moderate issues and escalating to the Senior Manager when necessary.
Work with sourcing, finance and legal to progress standard documentation and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
Maintain process documents, trackers and playbooks so that activities are clear, repeatable and easy to scale.
