About the Role
This is a Senior Product Lead role within the Technology Product Management job family, with at least 15 years of relevant experience owning a product or platform end-to-end — from definition and planning through release, adoption and end-of-life. The role is the accountable central resource across design, engineering, quality and business teams. The person is required to own the product direction for Products like Everbridge, IBM Blueworks live,
Scan2CAD, WoodWing, Klarity, Efficient Elements — defining requirements, setting priorities, and making build, release and retirement decisions in close partnership with subject matter experts across the business.
The role may have the opportunity to work with a gamut of other technologies ranging from RPA, BPM workflow, Productivity tools, OCR, gen AI, data transformation, integrations as projects scope dictates acting as accountable product owner and single point of coordination between BE&T;, vendors and JLLT CoEs.
Key Responsibilities
Own Product Discovery & Onboarding — RFI/RFP, evaluation, VRAQ/security assessment, business case, POC setup.
Coordinate Product Configuration & Setup — CDR review, OKTA/SSO, CMDB, Datadog, ITSM & tollgate configuration.
Own Product Roadmap & Delivery — feature prioritization and evaluation, backlog management, regression testing, release/code promotion.
