He / She should manage App/Web product management. Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming to streamline development cycles with the team. Create and prioritize a product backlog and continuously refine it based on customer feedback and changing business needs. Drive requirement gathering and collaborate on UI/UX design preparation. Perform UAT to validate new features and functionalities. Represent HMA SPA teams during business meetings. Manage Web &App; release management.
Manage iOS and Android app store reviews and ratings in the app stores. Address customer concerns and feedback prioritizing low-rated reviews.
