Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
•Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems.
•Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of the concerns & providing Quick + Accurate solution.
•Co-ordinate & Mobilise suppliers if required for Investigation / solution
•Validation of the solution
•Validate effectiveness of solutions.
•Functional System expertise
•Collaboration with COEs and EL.
•Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
•Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
•Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns.
•Technical Capability Building lessons to be deployed for TEKline / Dealership
•BenchmarkingExperience
5-10 Yrs Industry Preferred
