We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs across diverse business domains. The ideal candidate should possess solid project management fundamentals, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience delivering projects using Traditional, Agile, or Hybrid delivery approaches. This role focuses on driving successful business outcomes through effective planning, execution, governance, risk management, team leadership, and customer-centric delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,



Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of overall IT industry experience through a traditional career progression path with hands-on experience in software development, business analysis, testing, delivery, or related technology roles before transitioning into project management.
OR 3–5 years of relevant project management experience supported by an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent management qualification.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Experience managing projects using Traditional (Waterfall), Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and Hybrid delivery models.
Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.
Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
