Senior – Real Estate Hospitality & Tourism Valuation

We are looking for a Senior-level professional with expertise in Real Estate Hospitality & Tourism (RHT) Valuation to join EY-P’s Valuation Modeling & Economics sub-service line within Transactions Corporate Finance (TCF) team. TCF department is a unique nexus between the corporate finance and the M&A; transactions landscape, with a focus on Transaction Diligence, Valuation, Modeling & Economics, M&A; Advisory and Real Estate Advisory. Your key responsibilities





Lead RHT Valuation engagements primarily for financial reporting purposes, ensuring quality and timely delivery and high-quality results for all clients.
Develop and maintain financial and valuation models using tools like MS Excel, while guiding junior staff in model creation and improvement.
Participate in real estate advisory engagements, including financial analyses, cash flow modeling, property/portfolio modeling, analytical model reviews, market due diligence, asset valuations, real estate appraisals, and appraisal reviews.
Conduct fair value assessments for various property types, including multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and special-use properties.
Contribute to report preparation, financial modeling, and identification of key issues, proposing solutions where necessary.
