As a Junior Executive Client Service - Events at Éclat Media Worldwide Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the client team and contributing to the successful execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring explicit communication throughout the planning and execution phases.
Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly grasp the client’s objectives, preferences, and expectations for the event. This involves active listening and the ability to translate their vision into actionable plans.
Proposal Development: Create proposals that outline event details, including venue options, catering, décor, entertainment, and budget estimates. Present these proposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed.
Coordination and Planning: Coordinate with various departments and vendors to execute the event seamlessly. This includes scheduling, logistics management,
operation planning and creative outcomes and ensuring all elements align with the client’s expectations.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the planning process or on the event day itself. This requires quick thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Budget Management: Responsible for actively participating with the team in managing budgets and ensuring all expenses are within the agreed-upon financial framework. This may involve cost negotiation with vendors and adherence to financial guidelines.
