Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Delivery:



Achieve annual sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth, product upgradation, and NPI penetration.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CV surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
Territory Ownership: Ensure extensive coverage of assigned hospitals and execute account-specific strategies.
Clinical & Technical Support: Support surgeries (CIS) and provide in-depth product and procedural guidance.
KOL & Engagement Programs: Plan and execute value-based MDA/ProfEd initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.
Competitive Strategy: Conduct competition mapping and implement conversion strategies.
Channel Management & Reporting: Manage distributors effectively and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
Success Drivers
Strong CV procedural knowledge and understanding of suture applications
