This is a project-based, fully remote opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining accuracy, problem-solving, and strong communication. You will take ownership of key parts of the order-to-cash cycle, from invoicing and payment application to collections and dispute resolution. The role also involves reconciling transactions across major Amazon platforms and identifying discrepancies before they become larger issues. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to improve billing processes and customer outcomes. Accountabilities:
Accounts receivable management: Own day-to-day order-to-cash activities,



including customer invoicing through vendor portals and ERP systems.
Payment processing: Accurately process, allocate, and reconcile incoming payments across multiple platforms.
Collections: Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on overdue balances with professionalism, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.
Chargebacks and disputes: Manage chargebacks and billing disputes end-to-end, including documentation, submissions, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
Amazon reconciliation: Reconcile transactions and revenue across Amazon Seller Central and Merch by Amazon, investigate discrepancies, and implement appropriate corrections.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve billing issues and identify ways to prevent recurring problems.
Financial reporting: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and prepar
