Job Description:
Overview
The Administration, Facilities, Security, and Technical Operations is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of office operations, facility management, security protocols, vendor management, and technical infrastructure at the site. This role ensures that the workplace workplace is safe, efficient, compliant, and conducive to high employee productivity and satisfaction.
The position requires a proactive person who can manage cross-functional teams, oversee multiple service providers, ensure business continuity, and maintain operational excellence across all administrative and facility domains.
Duties and responsibilities
Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AITC.
Perform short-term / ad-hoc planning of WET training courses with assignment of training
devices.
Propose and offer WET training courses to internal/external customers in coordination
with internal management within stipulated timeframes.




Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during
the registration process.
Check and ensure all regulatory approvals are attained before training commencement.
Prepare grade sheets, course materials and other relevant training paperwork for the Training department.
Perform trainee registration using Company tools and in accordance with Company procedures.
Liaise with Airbus e-Learning office on the enrolment of remote learning courses and cloud-based training media (i.e. Mobile Airbus Training experience).Conduct welcome briefings for trainees on the first day of their training.
Monitor completion status of trainees attending remote learning courses.
Provide regular updates to customers’ training department on trainees’ progress when courses are ongoing.
Liaise with the Training department and instructors on the completion of training records when courses are ongoing and/or completed.
