Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales targets of Used tractors /exchanged tractor and increasing exchange share within an assigned territory / dealers by developing brokers/customers relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory / dealerships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in Used tractors /exchanged tractor
Identify and acquire new brokers/ customers and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers/ customers and key accounts.
Conduct regular brokers/ customer visits and understand their requirements.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and brokers/customer activity.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analyses.
Coordinate with marketing team for digital leads and their follow ups.
Manage dealers, and their exchange related manpower like mechanics,



exchange managers where applicable.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.
Resolve brokers/ customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Working on CRM.
Identify opportunities to expand product/brand distribution and market penetration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural engineering with MBA (preferred) in marketing management
General Requirements

Typically 2–5+ years of sales experience, depending on the industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office/Excel is usually preferred.
