This role offers the opportunity to shape digital products for audiences across multiple international markets, including SWANA, Europe, and the United States. You will take a holistic view of the user experience, connecting user needs with product strategy and business growth. Rather than focusing solely on interface design, you will analyze complete customer journeys, uncover friction, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention. You will collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, business, design, and development teams to turn insights into meaningful product improvements. The role also provides an opportunity to influence the development of a next-generation mobile experience. It is well suited to a strategic, research-driven UX skilled who enjoys solving complex problems in fast-growing digital environments.

Accountabilities




Conduct comprehensive UX and product audits to identify usability issues, friction points, gaps, and opportunities across the digital product experience.
Map and evaluate the complete customer journey, from discovering an event and exploring options through ticket purchase, access, and post-event engagement.
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to understand user motivations, needs, pain points, and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve navigation, event discovery, checkout experiences, conversion rates, retention, and overall product usability.
Translate research and product insights into clear user flows, wireframes, product requirements, recommendations, and actionable solutions.
Identify product opportunities that strengthen product-market fit and create measurable value for both users and business partners.
