The individual will be responsible for demand generation in the field through techno-commercial sales promotion of Avantor AFH products by regularly meeting end users in the assigned area, thereby strengthening the brand image among customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in science or a related scientific field. An advanced degree in Business or Science is preferred.
5-7 years of experience in the Pharma/Biopharma market. Prior experience working with multinational corporations and managing biopharma accounts will be an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, customer-oriented, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Well-developed business acumen with a thorough understanding of business, customers, and market dynamics.
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
How You Will Thrive and Create an Impact:
Meeting stockists/dealers/customers in the market to book orders and collect outstanding payments,



while achieving sales and collection budgets month after month.
Providing regular feedback to the RSM on market developments and competitors’ activities, along with daily and monthly reports. Submitting all reports to the Line Manager on time to maintain discipline.
Supporting sales management plans by maintaining effective customer relationships and ensuring continued market penetration and profitability through in-depth calls with end users to achieve sales objectives.
Exposure to handling the assigned area.
Developing and implementing specific action plans by mapping department-wise opportunities within the assigned area.
Developing and maintaining relationships with purchasing teams and end users.
Resolving customer service-related issues (i.e., pricing and product availability).
Introducing new products and services to accounts.
Developing new customers and performing other tasks as assigned by the
