Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker, and contemporary front-end technologies. The role requires technical leadership, solution design, team mentoring, and close collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment activities.




Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure software quality.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, Ope
