Responsibilities
Draft and prepare investor communications, including emails, newsletters, and summary reports
Coordinate the timely distribution of investor materials and announcements
Maintain and update investor contact databases and communication records
Assist in scheduling and organizing investor meetings, calls, and presentations
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors
Respond to routine investor inquiries and escalate complex matters as appropriate
Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate and up-to-date information
Track and monitor communication metrics to improve engagement and reach
Ensure all communications align with company policies and regulatory guidelines
