Responsibility for optimizing the product portfolio within Sandoz Technical Operations (STO) for the large molecule and injectable product platform. Responsible for managing the portfolio of biopharmaceutical and injectable products as well as Sandoz's future portfolio (including new formats such as GLP-1, ADCs, oligonucleotides, medical devices, and combination products), ensuring product launch plans are met along with commercial mid- and long-term forecasts, through strategic partnerships with development and commercial colleagues. The purpose of the position is to ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve product launch readiness in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
The role provides strategic support to the head of the large molecule and injectable product platform within STO in leading strategic planning and network transformation to achieve Sandoz’s independence, including the development of STO locations and departments involved in procurement, clinical, and commercial production and release of biological and injectable products. Operations in accordance with legislation, internal regulations, valuable practices, and business objectives. Responsibility for managing and developing employees.
