Learning & Development, based in Bangalore, India. This position reports into the Integrated Business Management team (IBM), which is part of MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC).
The purpose of this role is to collaborate with partners, to provide a comprehensive learning service for MedTech SC Plan teams across different Business Units and MTSC.
This role is an individual contributor position with no people management or budget/approval requirements

Implements quality training programs that support the objectives of MedTech Supply Chain Regions and Plan.
