About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer.

In this role, you will:
Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives
Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Process Engineering experience,



or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
Process Engineering, Technology, Automation, or Operations background.
Experience developing low-code/no-code automation solutions.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Alteryx, workflow technologies, and automation tools.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience supporting production environments and operational processes.
1. Automation Engineering
Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, Low-Code Workflow Framework (LWFF), and related technologies.
Implement configuration changes, enhancements, and break-fix requests.
Perform proactive platform maintenance and upgrade validation activities.
Ensure automation solutions remain stable, scalable, and compliant.
2. Solution Support
Investigate and resolve production defects.
